If you have a setting for follow like comment , can you have another wizard running just likes or would that create a problem

If you are wanting to comment and like using the same account, you do not need another wizard set-up for that account. Simply set it to run both within that same wizard.

Unless you have multiple accounts, you don't have to worry about this. If you comment from a single account, then just continue with the existing process.
