Follow Liker Question

i got a follow liker settings question.

When i want to scrape users who liked a specific photo what do I enter in the query?

I tried to put in the whole URL but I guess this is wrong? Cause it din't work that way.

Could you please provide an example?

Put the ID of the picture.

Just the numbers that come last in the url .. I think it usually starts with 9
