Follow Liker problem - anyone else?

Any one else getting the repeating message "Searching for photos with tag......" Since the last update this is all its doing. I tried everything, reset program, repair, rebuild projects, made a NEW project.. Also getting "You have already liked photo with the ID" on some accounts repeatedly. Nothing is working and there's absolutely no support. 24 hours ago I put in a ticket and I've got one response from them asking me to send them photos of my settings. Sent them 4 hours ago, still no response back..

Are you only having issue when you use hashtags to scrape? I, too, noticed when I use hashtag query '#hashtag', it scrapes no results. Another user said the same thing from a different post as well.
