Follow liker no functioning properly

I have multiple accounts in followliker not following. They are set to follow and like pictures. They were find for a few days and then they stopped. What could be the reasoning behind this? The accounts are not banned or anything.

Instagram updated yesterday, converting a username to userID was returning multiple values when only 1 was requested via the API call.

Yeah, Instagram just updated their comment algorithm and other things.
