Follow Liker Help Needed

So I just purchased a copy of IG FollowLiker and I have set it up for a new account I just made to compliment my main account which has 12.3k followers.

I'm just going to try the ropes of FollowLiker with this new account to develop strategies to build my main account.

TLDR; I Have these questions i would appreciate being answered

1. When will I need a proxies? I plan on having 2-3 accounts circulating in the next few weeks and move onto more accounts after

2. Does the scrape a users photo mean that it will follow all of the people that have liked the targeted users posts?

3. What are the optimal Like, Follow, Unfollow and Comment settings that are not over the top and that get the job done.

1. You can have up to 4-5 account on same IP so no need for a proxy for your 3 accounts. But in the event of ban they will all be banned, that's the disadvantage here.
2. Scrape users photo = get the links of the certain photos based on your search query
