Can you describe the steps you take to get this error?

a 400 error is usually the request the program is sending is incorrect and the server cannot process it
5xx means the server / network is having issues and unlikely to be the bots fault.
Your best bet is to contact the FL devs and is probably something they need to investigate / sort out.

I'm new here but I'll let you know what FL's responses was:
Click this menu and try again: "File->Clear->All Session Cookies"
If the issue persists, right-click on the account, select "Snap Settings" or "Custom Settings->Snap Settings", then send us the generated zip file.
I tried the first thing and it still didn't work. waiting for them to reply!
The only thing that is working for me is Likes, Follows, Unfollows.
Nothing else seems to be working and the accounts stats are not uploading

The Likes, Follows and Unfollows....did they return and start working after you completed the actions they described?
The worked before and after. You have to look at the account activity log.
Twitter made API changes, I think they just need to update FL for the new API
