1. I gain daily depending on the account but say a fresh account at the start would get about 5-20 per day for a couple of weeks.
2. I only use follow/unfollow for those accounts and some liking.

1. with right targetting, you can get 25-30% followback ratio, maybe even more depending on niche.
2. combination of follows and likes works great, again, if you use targeted sources.
3. I won't say it's possible to follow as much as you could before because it's not, days with 1000-1500 follows are long gone. With good 4G proxies and right settings (at least in Jarvee), you can do 300 per day easily.

Max you can really gain a day with a single account automation doing actions, is around 200
More actions you run more you risk, so on average I will gain 100-150 per day on warmed up accounts with a small following, fresh accounts are much lower of course.

I have been doing manual following + liking + commenting. Also, collaborating with small accounts in your niche will help you gain followers. The Instagram algorithm completely trusts my account now, which also means that I am not getting any action blocks yet.
I can easily reach over 100+ followers within an hour or so depending on the manual work I do, it just takes patience.
