Follow Block every day - what do you do?

So I'm warming up about 50 new accounts right now.

First few weeks were fine, running about 15 follows per day.

I just stepped it up to about 40 follows per day and insantly I get hit by PV wave on all accs.

Now I'm back in business, but I keep getting follow block on pretty much all accounts every day for a few hours.

Should I just power through or should I rest the accs? It's not like I can lower the settings since I'm practically on the lowest settings possible...

I set in my bot to block account for 2 hours on action block and let them run.

Thing like resting does not help at all in my opinion. Max 2-24hours. If account is blocked from actions for long time change link/bio/proxy. If nothing help - forget this acc.

By the way i bought some shitty accounts before and all 50 was on block no matter what you do. After that i created my own in right way and they are working fine.
