I just started growing accounts.
My accounts are 3 Month old, how many follows and likes is recommended per day?

there is no solid answer to this since its diffrent for everyone but use this guideline:

max 60 follows an hour
max 60 likes an hour
max 60 comments an hour

But this is a rough guide, you need to see yourself of how far you can push it.

While using Instagress, for example, they recommend you a maximum of 40 follows/unfollows per hour.

As Per My Search And Analysis

New Accounts: Daily follows - 150 Daily Likes - 100

Older Accounts: Daily Follows - 300 - Daily Likes - 200

Aged Accounts +6 Months With History - Daily Follows - 750 - Daily Likes - 500

My settings with a more than 6 month old account:
40 follows per hour with a bot
+ 50 manual follows on strategic accounts per day.
60 unfollows per hour

Scheduled sleeping times on the unfollow process.

30 likes per hour
10 comments per hour
