I find that I am in a constant strugle to stay motivated and focused with any plans that I attempt. I have the attention span of a humming bird!

Do you have any tips or tricks onto how to stay focused and motivated and to see through plans to the end?

    Thanks,
    Enlightened

Yep, I would focus on discipline until it becomes more of a habit, but don't go overboard or you could burn out. Take time off now and then to stay sane.

I am having the same problem as you, always can't focus on my plans and procrastinate
. I found that I am very unproductive when I am working from home. There are always a dozen things that will distract me at home. Now I just go to a cafe to do all my work, it reduces the distraction and it seems to work. In my mind, I will be telling myself that since I already make an effort to go out and do work, I don't want to waste my effort and time by doing nothing outside. Try and earn the first big dope as suggested by c0ntenth|ef and you will surely be motivated to carry on. The first step is always the hardest.
