Use an automated tool to search for blogspot blogs and autocomment. The ones that pass and are not moderated, will usually be pretty spammed. Then go through them and pick the best

scrapebox can do this, GSA can also do it, but they are paid tools

Well each one is different. scrapebox is easier, you just search for inurl:blogspot.com or whatever, mixed with your keywords.. for gsa it is harder, you have to have a link to post to before you scrap..
