I was hoping to get a little advice from the people who've done offline flyers.

I found a CPA offer for the EWA network (opinions on them?) that is for a work at home program.

My plan was to put up flyers at a local tech college.

Do you recommend big fonts with little copy and then pieces at the bottom that can be torn off with the site address?? I was also planning on registering a domain like (my city)money dot com to do the redirects so it sounds more legit and local.

Any advice would be great!

Of course flyers work! You need a good sales copy, and have the number/URL both to be torn off AND on the flyer, so that ppl can see it if all pieces are torn. Make it like a squeeze page, big, bold catchy headline, a picture, and list some benefits and a big call to action.

Are you a student at the college. I'm just wondering how campus police or the college feels about this.

No I'm not a student there. Not anymore.
I don't think there'd be a lot to worry about... These same boards have plenty of ads for people looking for housemates/ rooms for rent kinda things.
