flv psuedostreaming script

Need to develop an website, which can stream the FLV video files, (video URL I will provide with XML feed)

Please check megavideo9.com, similar to this.
Steps: 1. goto megavideo9.com and enter the video
2. when u click play, they will get the video from some other site. example(megavideo-no.com/stream.php?file=ABCD)
3. That video will be played in this site as
4. user will be have ability to choose their point from to play (psuedo streaming).


What-I-Need:
1. delveop an streaming script, where i will pass the video url, and flowplayer should be able to stream the video (psuedo streaming).

At the moment i don't care for design of the website, i need this service only

what sites do you want the script to stream?as you can see,megavideo9.com just stream two sites,it may not possible to stream any sites
