Ouch, that's not a great situation when you expect one thing but get something completely different from what you paid for. I was actually considering checking out this provider myself, but now I’m having second thoughts.Could you please let us know if they replace those datacenter proxies with actual ISP ones? I'd appreciate the update.

I requested a refund four days ago, and your support team said it would be processed, but I still haven’t received it. Please expedite the process.

Hi, just checking in about the refund your support team said would be processed. It’s been 6 days now and I haven’t heard anything yet. Could you let me know the status and when I can expect it?

Hey, just to clarify - ISP proxies are datacenter proxies by nature. The difference is that they're assigned through real ISP networks, which gives them a residential IP reputation. There was no mix-up on the delivery side.
Results can vary with certain IP checking sites showing ISP proxies as data center or residential type.

Thanks for the clarification. I understand that ISP proxies are technically hosted in data centers but announced via residential ASN. However, the main reason people look for ISP/Static Residential is the 'Residential' status in databases like IP2Location or MaxMind. If major checkers flag them as 'Data Center', it kind of defeats the purpose for high-trust tasks.

If I ever decide to try your proxies, I’ll reach out to you.
