Floating SideBar Contents Plugin - Help

Hey guys, does anybody have any suggestions for a floating sidebar plugin to go on my affiliate site?
I've tried a few plugins but they make these huge ugly lists. Looking for suggestions pretty please.

This is a front-end widget and could get in conflict with theme. So expect a few failures
