Wow what a close fight personally from round 1-7 i thought maidana was going to get that last rage in but the way Flloyd turned it around to get them points was a close call..

What does everyone thing of the decision? And how Maidana said flloyd didnt fight like a man?lol

money talks.. floyd is one of the best fighters which gives him the right to be cocky but sooner or later his downfall will come to light.
 
Obviously Floyd being a "Diva" paid off...forcing Maidana to switch gloves at last moments to gloves he has never used before.

Those gloves took off some of the extra pop on Maidanas punches.

Personally dont think his cockiness is going to be his downfall but what is would be his age.. the younger fighters are soon to stand toe to toe to him now like maidana and his evasiveness wont be able to keep up.

i was implying that he was cocky not implying that, that would be his downfall... but i agree a younger fighter or maybe the rematch would give him that loss. Who knows.
 
Floyd won as we all knew he would :D

Even if you say the gloves took away some power, how many punches actually hit Floyd? lol
 
it s all abt the techniques floyd is very talented boxers it s not abt punches that hit the body it s abt the punches that hit the face and the other fight is a noob
 
Great Fight last night! I had Mayweather winning 115-113. Most likely there will be a Maidana rematch in September. Hoping for a Pacman fight but Floyd will not work with rob arum... That sucks for boxing fans! Funny Ali tweeted to Mayweather he needs to get it on with Pac after his win... I'm sure someone tweeted for the man.
 
fuckin mayweather.. I was hoping maidana would beat his ass this time. but as others have already mentioned.. his downfall will come soon :)

The man was guaranteed 30 mil just for showing up and he made close to 100 mil for winning. thats incredible! no sports start makes close to that in one night lmao.
 
this was a great fight, im really hoping for the rematch in september or he finally fights pacman. alot of people were saying they want to see mayweather vs khan.... mayweather would WASH khan up easily, i really dont think itd be an interesting fight unless Floyd chooses to do so
