most people check the quality of your backlinks before buying a domain, so they would probably see it is promoted on all of these known seo sites.
Just sayin' doesnt mean it's a bad thing, and it also doesn't mean that would stop people from buying... hell not all people do research on backlinks even.

you can add your website you want to build now after few months, a year at least. it will take a time after google will see you

It would but you would need to show them some income otherwise you won't get much of it (anywhere from 10 - 200$)
