Flipping Website Without Social Accounts

So I sold a website on Flippa and I made the mistake of not giving the buyer the social accounts because I have many websites on the same account. The buyer told me he would give me a lot more money. My FB account has 4 websites that I promote that are on the same account... is there a way to give the buyer the account without other social accounts?

add him as your friend in facebook, then make him admin of that particular page, after that you can remove yourself from being admin.
