Flipping Site vs Hosting Affiliate

Hi Guys,

I need some advice...

I know this is not as sexy as cookie stuffing but would it be better to try to make a few bucks from flipping a site or giving it away with the condition that they host via my affiliate link?

It depends on weather or not the hosting site offers residuals with there affiliate program. If it's just a one time commission, your better off flipping the site for bigger profits. It also depends on how long you spend on building the site. If it's just a cheap site that took no effort to build, go with the hosting. If it's something more elaborate, go for flipping and get maximum profits.

No residuals on the hosting affiliates - just the signup commission.

The site did not take a lot of time to build but can be developed more. I just looked at site point and similar sites were sold for more than the hosting commission.

i wud suggest you to crank sites in bulk if you want to make some profit. buyers are getting wiser day by day so they wont pay much for a JUST DEVELOPED site. so make as many as you can and sell em all...dont spend too much time on development thou.
