Flipping Site - Promoting To Buyers

Hey guys,

Ive recently got my first attempt at a MNS to number 1, made a little mistake with the KW analysis at the start so its of no use to me anymore - adsense is getting me no clicks really.

its a product based keyword, and there are several websites online that may be interested in its traffic.

is the best way to go about this to create a flippa auction then email them the link with a pitch?

any suggestions as to how long i should wait for it to be at the top before i sell?
