Flipping site on Flippa? Any potential?

Hey, i'm just liked to say that im a bit new to SEO and adsense. I recently learned about creating websites and using adsense to generate some revenue.

I've heard of people who create these micro niche websites or even actual bigger sites for a small price then sell them for a huge profit. Is this sort of thing still possible, as in do people make money doing this, as i was thinking about looking into it.

Any tips btw?

Yes its possible. You just need to show the earning potential for the site, you can back it up with research results, then say you're selling it to start new project. Rankings, earning proof and site analytic stats is helpful. But there is a method someone sold in WSO about, copying the niches from website that is listed up for selling, so you got to becareful about someone stealing your niche / keywords.
