Hey guys,

Been lurking here on and off for a few years now but decided to pull the trigger with my first little foray into the BH world, so a little excited/nervous/unsure of exactly what I'm doing.

I signed up for PBNLabs, originally to grab a couple of domains to set up a small PBN for a side business I run but also came across a couple of domains that I thought I might be able to flip so purchased them.

The metrics are as follows:

Site 1:
Personal blog (personsname).com
Moz:
DA:20 PA:31 MR: 3.6
Link profile and anchor text looks mostly clean with the odd bit of spam
Maj:
TF:12
CF:19
Wayback looks clean with no prior use besides a personal blog
Not currently indexed

Site 2:
2 word .net on the Computers/Internet/Searching niche with a name that lends its self well to the niche.
Moz:
DA:21.76 PA:22.53 MR:3.50
Link profile and anchor text looks really clean
Maj:
TF:12 CF:14
Not currently indexed

The questions I have are

1. Are these domains worth anything the way they are or should I rebuild them from the wayback archive? (I can do this pretty quickly with a ruby scraper I found online, but not sure if it would even be helpful and/or crossing the line of full-blown copyright theft)

2. My plan was to list them each with a starting bid and reserve of $1 on flippa just to see what happens, good idea/bad idea/I'm an idiot?

3. If Flippa is the way to go should I bother boosting the post or would I be wasting my money?

4. If I am an idiot and completely wasted $25 what should I do differently next time?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice anyone can give. There are a lot of you on here who I have a ton of respect for and look forward to hearing your replies!

Yes nice job jumping in! I joined close to when you did and also recently just pulled the trigger too. Im curious to learn information from the answers on this post. Well thought out questions. One thing I do know is flippa seems to be the biggest domain selling site right now.
