I am just wondering if anyone can give me their evaluation

One of my family members has a website, However at the moment it ranks page 1 in google for all 6 keywords, however keywords are for the local area.

It provides a good monthly wage, however my aunty is looking for a career change, as many years working outdoors, she's ready to try & earn an income from home.

Would this be worth putting on flippa? or not?

Many Thanks to those who take the time to respond & Merry Xmas

So she is generating business from her website? She could sell those leads or she could sell the site. Another option would be to hire someone to do the work she's doing.

Without any of the details it's impossible to give you real advice.

Did she ask you to help?

I don't think Flippa would get you much money for it unless you live in a large metropolitan area. She could try selling the site to a competing business in your area.

Since you mentioned that the site is local, contact the competition with a well research presentation about the website and financials and try to work out a deal.
Also like someone else mentioned, offer to sell leads for a flat rate or work out some sort of revenue share.

    Good luck.
