Flipping ! How much this one worth?

It's a competitive niche to be in and unless the site is already making profit then this isn't really worth much. It's a site that's promoting a product as an affiliate. I'm not totally sure but that site and graphics may have been supplied by the actual product creators and is offered to all affiliates.

You'd be no better or worse off buying your own domain name and doing what they have done. PR1 is not alot to shout about either and shouldn't really affect the value of the site/domain.

I think the seller is trying to make money from the web hosting that they're offering.
