Flipping Domains

Can any one suggest a good resource or course for flipping domain names ( new reg & expiring domains)?

Are net and org good extension to flip ? What are minimum stats do you look for a domain for flipping i.e. no of global searches, CPC etc

I found couple org and net domains with 3600 Global and 1000 local searches with CPC approx $1. Not sure if these are worth registering then flipping the domain name. I am not interested in developing the names just registering and flipping.

If you look at the BST section, these keywords sell for $5-$15. Not the domains, just the keywords so you can register them

With that many searches, the EMD domain in .com might be worth some but anything other than .com is around reg fee undeveloped.
