You'd probably get a better answer if you asked the same question on an adult webmaster forum?
Generally I'd say it depends on the site though - you can sell most low priced sites at related forums without the need for Flippa etc.

The site is a tube site, 2.5 years old, almost 70k registered users, profitable, around 50k-60k on alexa,...
