Flipping a .us site

I have been having a heck of a time with flippa trying to unload consumerprivacy dot us - third go-around and having to deny bidders because they don't have a USA address. Any suggestions? I've been asked to maintain a US address for someone and am VERY uncomfortable with that.

I'm assuming you've made it clear within your listing that the buyer needs to have a US address?

Another thing you can do is suggest your buyers to use a virtual address service. To the best of my knowledge the .us rules don't say that the address you use has to have your actual residential address. Even a PO box would do.
