Hey,
Just wanna know if its a good idea to create websites *registered* and add 10-15 unique articles + themes + seo + whatever needs to be done and sell it after a week for $100 :/

for example if someone asks me to create a blog related to fashion niche. I create a blog in that niche and add articles etc and sell that blog to the same person after a week for $100.

hosting + domain alone would cost me around $40-50 so I totally deserve those $100, isn't it?

There are a lot of newbies who find these things bit difficult especially if its their very first blog.

Is it a good idea?

Sounds good... I don't think that's wrong. I don't know if $100 is more or less.. but your idea is not bad.

Flippa is flooding with these kind of sites
You don't get much in marketplace but you can surely bank some by selling to buyer directly

As xpesos said, Flippa is already flooded with these sites, I doubt you would get $100 for it anymore.

It's worth a try, what's the worse that could happen if you've already made the site?

I guess everything worth a try, if you don't succeed with this, you move to another strategy

Thanks a lot guys , I've decided to post this service on marketplace soon :)

I know a guy who setup turnkey sites and flips them for an average 80$. He has $240,000+ sales recorder on his flippa account by repeating the same method. So i don't see how it's not a good idea.

If you're including a whole year of hosting then I'd say it's a fair deal. You're making a profit and they're getting a good deal.
