Flippa Sucess Fee

So i have a listing on Flippa - i chose PayPal as payment method.

The thing is the bids are over x.xxx $, and the success fee will be enormous (15%).

Nothing wrong here as a fee is expected, but i never taught this website will go for this sum and now i don't know if i have the budget to pay that succes fee. Can't that be deducted from what the seller pay for the website?

Advertise on BHW
All payments starting from over10 000usd will go through Flippa escrow and not PayPal.
 
Is it better Flippa or Sedo guys?
 
I think it's 12% when you choose Flippa escrow though I don't see much difference and I think it's usually deducted from buyer's payment

The fees can be deducted from what the buyer's pay. So you won't have to pay from your pocket until the buyer released the funds.

Nop! :D + I'm from Europe, and I got the money as USD, so the bank took some fee for conversion too. So from the 120k usd we got ~85k.

Ya well i don't have this option and i guess it's because i choose paypal as payment method...i contacted flippa support maybe they can change from paypal to flippa escrow. I guess in Australia is early morning now and i need to wait some time until they answer.
 
As far as I know its 15% from the sale so ... :) (I could be wrong).

If you are referring to the success fee, you can pay it as soon as the buyer sends in the payment. If both of you are using the PayPal API on the sales completion area page, the success fee should be deducted from the payout. If the success fee is not deducted, then you can pay it manually soon.
