    Hey guys,

So I am really interested on buying a site via a marketplace like flippa. A lot of them say the make X/dollars per month via adsense and no work is required to start making money. I

What I was wondering is how exactly your change all the ads in adsence to pay me. Wouldn't that take a lot of work to go in and change all of the ads?

    Thanks for the help.

You simply replace those ad placements with your adsense code. You need to check with the seller on how to change the adsense codes. Sometimes it is done with a plugin, which is the most easiest, and some times the adsense codes are placed directly in the theme files (which is a bit more complicated). You just need to change the adsense codes in once place with your correct pub-id and that's it.

There are a lot of good sites sold by first time sellers who have been running their website for awhile and just now want to sell. But I'd be doubly suspicious of those. Unless the code is embedded in the theme, you can use a search/replace plugin to replace their Adsense ID with yours.

The work of updating the links is probably the least work of the whole process of vetting and buying a site..
