Hi fellow blackhatters.

I am wondering if it is worth buying a starter site in flippa?
the reason i want to buy a starter is because, it already have articles posted on it.
site has PR ranking already.
starter site has different method to monetize.
also previous owner will guide/assist new owner in different ways like how to promote the site, setup different methods to monetize the site and other things.

what niche are you thinking of getting into, i.e. which of the sites are you thinking of buying

OP, do your research.
Lots of sites on flippa are pure junk, being sold by scammers.
If you don't know what you are doing, then go slow and seek advice from somebody you can trust.
There are sites worth picking up but they can be hard to spot. Do your research on the site and the seller.
The reason so many scammers get away with it on flippa is because so many noobs don't even bother doing basic due diligence.

All those sites are pretty much worthless.
The first is using scrapped content/PLR the others are just themes/Amazon autoblogs.
They won't make you any money.
Couldn't find any backlinks on them so unless you are willing to spend time and money on them then there is no point.
Those sorts of sites might bring you a dollar a week if you are lucky.

Hope OP never overlooks this advise.

OP, what I do when buying a site is to look for the keyword(s) it is ranking for, look at the backlink profiles, see how it can be monetize and bla bla...
I recently listed a site for Sale, that was making about $70 to $120 monthly via adsense, and the highest bid i got was $750. And I refused to sell it....
I see people buying site that is making $2,000 monthly for $1,500. How can that be? I ask

thanks for the concerns guys. good thing i ask first.
I think i will just build my own. do my research for profitable keywords which is easy to rank.

if you are going to build a amazon affiliate store similar to the flippa sites you have listed, I would recommend starting of with a fashion store i.e. women's clothing you can use social networks such as twitter, tumblr and pinterest to build followings fairly quickly and starting earning.

Pinterest is definitely your friend in marketing a fashion/clothing store, especially women's clothing. There is Healzer's PinBot on sale here, check it out if you need some proper automation done for your affiliate store.

Do not look at automated site! Make your own with high quality contents.
