With all due respect Andrew there are only you and an admitted shill bidder of your opinion. What I find consistent with other Flippa observations is that his account today went from Permanent Banned to Suspended. It seems he certainly knows how to play your system and will most likely be selling again on Flippa soon.

Thanks kvmcable. Seems we're both fans of data however my conclusions here are not merely opinion. There is simply nothing to be drawn from the data you have.
Once we exclude domain sales or websites without IP info, we're looking at about 1,000 distinct IPs. Over 95% of these only have one seller. This becomes over 99% once we relax this to permit 2 sellers on an IP (hardly a coordinated team).
This leaves just 10 IP addresses which are more widely shared. A deeper dive indicates they belong to major hosting providers such as GoDaddy, HostGator, Yahoo, ThePlanet and RoadRunner which is perfectly normal. Furthermore,the sellers tend to be incredibly different in terms of types of site being sold - by age, sale price, wording, monetization, technical framework etc - and Flippa profile (bid/sell activity, IP footprint, registration dates).
To this end, it seems incredibly arbitrary to be taking action against these users given the acutely low signal to noise ratio here ...
Where we do have strong evidence we take firm action. To this end, don't be expecting the shill bidder back any time soon.

While I was prepared to let others disseminate the data and simply offer my viewpoint; it seems you're up for a challenge. I'm very busy with many ventures so I was prepared to just part ways and let the fire die. However it seems you want to question my integrity along with the integrity of my data so let's toss some more fuel on the fire.
I offered a simple snapshot of your marketplace for others to look at. Of course there's no history information there. No patterns of multiple seller accounts, which do have a bit of intelligence and for the most part, are not listing both, three or all four accounts at the same time. These sellers have accounts as backups in case one account goes down.
Quit being so foolhardy and ignorant (although I did like your $10 word you posted on the other forum). Take a moment to read our infamous self-proclaimed shill bidder's posts. How many accounts did he say he had? How many does he have today (read closely)? Now you've banned ONE account. This seller is miles ahead of you (just like most of the others). He has many accounts and you haven't stopped him, even for a second, from listing on your website. Matter of fact I found his listing today. It ends in just less than 3 days.
If you want fuel for the fire, brother I have it. What keeps me from creating my own blog to share this information is time. Although you're giving me a good reason to find time I will admit. I?m sure I could draw a nice audience. I've been courteous to post tidbits on the forums I enjoy for their benefit from the traffic. If we move to a slugfest I'll share much more of my data and monetize the traffic on my own blog. I'll educate your buyers how to correctly find shill bidders without all the Flippa fluff. I?m thinking some videos of shills in action would generate a lot of traffic.
Please let me know if you want me to post the shill bidding information I have that will clearly show the majority of your template auctions having shill bids placed consistently. I have the data and up until now only shared it with a few.
If you want a higher signal to noise ratio I bet I could accommodate you. I bet I could make your ears ring. I?ll sleep on whether I want to toss a dog in the fight for the benefit of others. As I said before I don?t list or buy on Flippa but have clients that do. I?m about making money until someone, such as you, questions my integrity. This can get real ugly real fast if that?s the path you want to take. I have nothing to lose but a bit of time and small amount of money that I could probably recoup with a monetized blog. I?m not sure you can say the same.

I doubt Flippa will take kvmcable up on that challenge as they might not want too much truth outed.
