flippa is dead

They have sites with high traffic requirement and other thing. It is way better than giving entry to shit sites.

i just notice flippa have increase there listning price drastically which is absurd, seeing they are the only successful in the website selling business. honestly i dont know what got to them. i think some one needs to create a better and more friendly platform where you wont encounter Scammers all the time or perhaps BHW should create a separate Marketplace website am sure id prefare to buy sites over there than flippa.

Warrior forum parent firm made a platform, go there and you will start loving flippa again

My tip is to either get auction domains or just get expired domains!

I'm looking through their site and I just don't know about some of them. Maybe some are for real scam. Revenue $150 and they have buy it now $150?? That type of listing doesn't seem legit. I wouldn't sell anything for the monthly profit.

I wonder if someone was to create a new site for website trading what types of features would it need?

my vote for this

I don't know if that's a good idea. There will be transactions which involve a lot of money. It could attract scammers and therefore something like escrow should be needed.
Besides that there will be some more mods needed too.

So.. I don't think its worth it for the BHW owners. They're making enough money.

I just saw one that is making $200 per month and the BIN price is $110. It doesn't make any sense and is definately a scam.

PayPal buyers protection would be needed for them buys for sure. Don't even think about a discounted price if paid in btc

Why would you even need paypal protection? To me that would be a waste of time. I would avoid it all together.

Website selling is not a good business at all. Why people would sell their site when they can earn well from it. That just turn me off.
Because they need more money at the moment than what they are currently earning from the site? Thats just one reason. another would be that they dont have the time to manage it anymore?

General noob advice
I wouldn't call that "general noob advise ". Im just saying if it looks like a scam it probably is. No need to waste time buying it just because you have Paypal protection.

There are sites that list $22,000 in revenue on there with current bids for $100, but if you look, it isn't revenue as in "I make that" but rather that site allows revenue as in "this could make that much if you buy the right wso"...
