Flippa Invoice System?

Hello,

Hope you are doing well.

I have some questions for Flippa Buyer/ Sellers, please make me clear about that.

For Buyers:

When you buy a site/domain/app from Flippa, will you get an Invoice from Flippa automatically to pay the money? Or you have to request an invoice for wire transfer?

For Sellers:
When you sold, and Flippa Escrow send money to your local bank. Will you get a document/invoice for that transaction? Or you have to request the documents for that transaction?

I am asking this questions because, I sold a app on Flippa, and buyer saying he need invoice from Flippa to do wire transfer.

I didn't get any documents from them.

I got this email:

The payment for Flippa listing ----- has been sent to your nominated bank, ----- account ending in 315.

It should clear in your account within one to four business days depending on your bank's processing speed.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

So they do not provide any details/ invoice/ any documents?

If bank request any document to release the fund?
