I wonder what the "Private" listing sold for. LOL!
So if you want to find out what private listings sell for, just arrange by price

Have a look at the image. The sold Flippa listings are arranged by 'Price' and there is a "Private" listing that is supposed to have its price hidden, but its pretty easy to tell how much it sold for when you look at the prices of the listings above and below it.

Nice trick, so we can infer the price was between $135K and140K in this example
