As an old newbie, I'm tinking (as a passive income opportunity) to buy good website on Flippa. I've read on which things I have to watch out, but I need your advice.
Let's say I want fully automated or mostly automated website with fairly good monthly income... how that goes?
I mean, first of all, what kind of website do you recommend?
And what happenes after transaction? Seller gives away website access info? What about hosting?
I would like to know is there anywhere I can further study these things which bothers me before buying...
