Wondering what's your guys flippa experiences...and if i wanted to sell a micro niche adsense site with pure organic traffic....how many months of analytics would i need. I stopped putting analytics on my sites because i ran out of the alloted amount for one email acct. So i figured i can put it on again depending on how many average months of analytics people use on that site

You don't have any server stats that you could use?

Since the traffic mostly comes from SEs, they're going to want as much as you can give them. I would say 2 months would be a minimum, but again, they'd be a lot more comfortable in the 6 month range.

Agreed with rubberband - the more stats you can provide the merrier.

But in case you have access to your web server's access logs and can generate stats based on these (or maybe even have AWStats/Webalizer already installed) then perhaps your best bet would be to wait for about a month and list the site showing the most recent Analytics stats, the historical Analytics stats and the AWStats screenshots and pointing to the reason for doing this (much like you did here on the thread) within your listing text.

    Good luck with your auction!

I would say Analytics will make your site about 10x more likely to sell. If you have awstats that would be okay but they love GA.

The more stats you have the better, especially if you want people to pay top dollar for sites with organic traffic...

personally I would say 3 min as that way you can start to possibly see an avg and pattern to judge how much exactly

I sold a site that I spent about 2 hours on. It didn't sell for much mind you but the after sales support this guy wanted was fucking insane. Didn't understand how wordpress works, didn't understand he had to get his own hosting and so on.

I gave him a little support after the sale but I've had to ignore him due to the amount of time it was starting to consume.

So what's he do? Files a dispute with flippa. Thankfully, they found in my favour my feedback is not affected.

I doubt all sales are like this but just keep in mind the type of people buying the lower end sites probably aren't too tech minded.
