Flippa Escrow and domain transfer

Hi!

I've recently sold a site on Flippa and we are currently in a process of transferring it. I've exported all the files and db and sent them to the buyer.

Should I transfer the domain name and then ask for payment (money is in Flippa Escrow vault) or ask for payment and then transfer the domain?

First ask him to make payment in the flippa escrow vault and then transfer site.

This is how this process works.

Buyer Purchase Site -- Buyer Makes Payment to Flippa Escrow Vault -- Seller Transfer Site to Buyer -- Buyer Release fund to Seller -- Flippa Send money to Seller's Paypal/Wire Transfer Account -- Transanction Complete -- You Will receive money in your bank account within 5-7 Days.

I just sold one domain in the flippa and learned these steps.
