I was the highest bidder of a site on flippa (reserve was met). I emailed the seller, but no response. I got the impression i got a heavily-discounted site, at a price which the seller didnt think it would sell for (eg set a no-reserve auction, but not many bids). Is there any way I can/flippa can get him to honor the sale?

The best they can do is to ban the guy but that won't benefit you by any mean.

The auction is ended? NO? then you can't contact Flippa for banning that account.

I advice you to wait for a while for his answer before contacting Flippa support.

Emailed via flippa, Emailed via email address. No answer, despite him logging in after my emails. How long should i wait until I contact Flippa? Never had this experience before as a buyer on auction sites like ebay etc.

Maybe your emails are going into his junk section (it's a possibility). Maybe he received a lot of private messages via Flippa and he's sorting them.
Check that seller's account for Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn link and contact him via those mediums too.

Check his feedback(s) and other things too.

First off - like meathead said above, call him. You have his phone number in the Sale Completion Area. Then if he doesn't pick up / says that he now wants out of the deal open a dispute with Flippa. In all likelihood, the only result of the dispute is going to be that his Flippa account is going to get banned but the 1% chance that he'll get scared and honour the deal is worth the 5 minutes it takes to open the dispute.
