what is the best recommendation to build website,

flippa is a marketplace place to buy and sell websites and not build website. You must be talking about Godaddy.

It's really hard to make some profite there, but those who make profit, they make it hard.
You can made a lot on site that earns 100$/month, and on the other side you have to invest lot of time and work in there.
But you can profit on domains if you are smart.
There are 100s of new TLD extensions and you can profite on cool domain names there.

I assume the op is saying that he wants to build sites to then sell on Flippa. I have bought a couple sites over at Flippa and it doesn't take long to figure out that Flippa is a cess pool of scammers and liars. If you want to be successful selling there you need to be super transparent and honest.
-Go to great lengths tracking your site metrics/traffic so you can show them to the perspective buyers.
-If you have a site that has 6-12 months of steady earnings you can usually sell that site for around 12 months worth of profit.
-Adsense sites sell the best, as people think they are buying automated income.

I think the OP is talking about creating a site with templates and some content than flipping it on Flippa.
There is some potential in this. I know there is a popular girl on Flippa, all she does is sell different vampire/werewolf romance books with a ghost-author's website. She sells a lot too so I am sure she is not the one writing the books.
I think the best recommendation would be to find out what people want on Flippa by examining their marketplace for a couple of day.

I Suggest you use a different site.Flippa does too many upcharges and you still probably get enough eyes to see not to talk of buying your site.
