Can anyone recommend a reliable flippa broker?

I know about flippingenterprises, who are very good, but have few listings.

Can anyone recommend a reliable flippa broker?

Without trying to shamelessly plug, there aren't many (or any) dedicated Flippa brokers.

We, for example, list the vast majority of sites here: http://flippingenterprises.com/websitesforsale and don't use Flippa very often. Flippa isn't great for buyers these days so we prefer to work with buyers we know will pay a good price for sites.

My unbiased advice would be look for a broker who has a proven track record, sales and doesn't rely purely on Flippa. Any decent broker will have a private list of buyers they work with and should not entirely rely on third party sites such as Flippa to sell. A broker with lots of listings isn't always that good - any decent broker can take on 5-10 live listings at a time maximum, so if you find a "broker" with 50 listings then it's unlikely they will give you much of their time and resource.

Seriously, you don't need a broker to sell on Flippa. Just look at some past sales and find auctions that sold well. Steal their format/layout, make sure you're running Google Analytics so you can get them verified and that's pretty much it. Either the site is good and should sell or it's not and it won't or you'll have to resort to faking traffic and income "proof" (please don't though).

I'm curious, how much due diligence you do on the traffic, income and profit stats that you list for each site?

I see a couple of sites you have listed that I'd be interested in if I know that real verification was done and what specifically you check and how. For example, do you actually log into affiliate/CPA network accounts and check that the site in question has been getting the leads/sales claimed and same for Google Analytics?

Do you make these details available to serious buyers for their own review?

Thanks

I guess for me i need someone to do everything after the site sells...domain push, and transfer and answer all the questions through out the auction as I'm to busy...and If I could find someone to do that service for lower to mid priced site I would give them 20% of what the site sells for...

Flippa brokers are someone who sells website on the flippa on behalf of the clients. In this regard you need to find 100% reliable and honest brokers. You can find decent brokers list on forums.
