Hello I would like to ask someone to explain me these things on flippa what do they mean:

P.S I know it's a bit silly but I am new to this and don't get what they mean ..

    Standard Fees

Flippa's listing and success fees apply to all listings.
Listing fee for established websites & domains $29

The seller pays this fee to create the listing.

Success fee for established websites & domains 5%

The success fee is paid by the seller when they make a successful sale.

    Listing fee for new websites$9

The seller pays this fee to create the listing.

Success fee for new websites 15%

The success fee is paid by the seller when they make a successful sale.

    Success fee cap$2,000

The success fee will never be higher than this maximum.

    Success fee minimum$10

The success fee will never be lower than this minimum.

Listing fee for established websites & domains $29
The seller pays this fee to create the listing.
    ------------
Means you pay $29 to list an established website, plus the $15 Success Fee

Success fee for established websites & domains 5%
The success fee is paid by the seller when they make a successful sale.
    ------------
When your website sells, you pay a success fee to Flippa

    Listing fee for new websites$9
The seller pays this fee to create the listing.
    ------------
To list a new website, with no or little age, listing fee to you is 9 bux

Success fee for new websites 15%
The success fee is paid by the seller when they make a successful sale.
    ------------
Again, this means what you pay after the site sells.

    Success fee cap$2,000
The success fee will never be higher than this maximum.
    ------------
Means the max is $2000, basically for high end sites, on a $200 site listed for $9, your success fee is $30.00

    Success fee minimum$10
The success fee will never be lower than this minimum.
    ------------
Means if your site sells for $50, your still paying a $10 success fee.

Hope this makes sense, if not, message me and I will make them a little clearer for you.
