I just posted a listing on flippa and they told me it will be reviewd (24h) before they posted it live, is this new ? cause a couple of days ago I posted a website with no problem

Yes, it must be new. I have been selling there since last six years and have never encountered any such thing.

However, I am guessing the site you were selling was not a starter website?
