Flip this site or market it?

I recently got SCREWED by a JV "partner," a mortgage broker that I partnered with. I built a site for us that is creating a decent amount of leads for the industry and will continue to do so, however it's locally optimized so that we aren't getting leads in from areas we aren't licensed.

With this, is it better to market the site to other brokers in the area, or try to sell it on Flippa? And is Flippa the right marketplace for a site like this?

my vote would be to sell it to another local broker. with the industry being crap right now, you should be able to get rid of it pretty quickly. also since its locally optimized, your better off selling locally then national/internationally. GL

Since it's a local market, Flippa probably wouldn't be your best bet here. I would contact other brokers in your area and try to JV or sell it to them.

Flipping it would be my vote...and Flippa is also my vote.
