Flip my high earning authority site?

I have a authority site which is making around 100 a day. Its around 1.5 Years old and I am thinking whether should I s.ell it or keep it and let it earn more? The niche is evergreen ofcourse. I was thinking it due to the recent uncertanities of Panda, Penguin.

After selling it them maybe I will reinvest on starting a new Authority site and sell it again after 12 months.

is this the right approach?
