Okay, so I've heard from numerous people that they would love to come to the conference, but flights from x country are too expensive. How am I meant to make any commission on my affiliate links if people think flights are too expensive?! But in all seriousness, I'm going to layout the cheapest way/s for people to get plane tickets below and if anyone has may other ideas, let me know and I'll add them to the list. No one wants to spend over the odds to some company that is going to sort the same flight that somewhere else can do for much cheaper. Some of these points may seem obvious, others may be little gems you haven't even considered, but I'm laying them all out anyway: Cashback! Not many people I spoke to knew about these options. In the UK, we have Quidco and TopCashBack. I believe TopCashback are worldwide, but Quidco is UK only. if you are not familiar with these sites, essential they do an affiliate program with lots of companies and instead of taking a piece of that and passing down, they give YOU the whole amount. You accumulate cashback and then cash out. Type in a company or product in the search and find what they offer to you. An example is below, sometimes you may only get 5%, but if It's 5% off $1000, why not go for it? Coupons Yeah, we all know what coupons are, but have you actually tried looking for them before you buy something? A quick Google Search can find the latest coupons/vouchers and at the very least, you may find a sale or something. There's also an extension for Chrome that automatically finds coupons for sites as you enter the checkout area for a website. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/honey/bmnlcjabgnpnenekpadlanbbkooimhnj - Mostly works for US sites, but worked for a couple here in the UK. Comparison Sites Again, seems obvious, but comparison sites can be a great way of finding the best deals. A good example is Skyscanner. (Also works with TopCashBack ) Don't take all year to book! As with most things like this, the longer you leave them the more expensive they are going to be. Book RIGHT NOW. If you are considering doing it, but not sure or whatever, JUST. DO. IT. You don't want to have that feeling of missing out on an an awesome deal now because you waited. You'll only be kicking yourself. Although, if you want to risk it, booking very late can be a good deal... (NOT recommended - Tickets may be gone by then!). In terms of accommodation Accommodation is around $120 a night (if booked through here) in Caesars Palace, that's a BEAST of a deal in itself, I'm saying no more on that. if you REALLY want to save more though, you can grab a room for around $80 across the road from there, so feel free to do that! I'm done for now, if anyone has anything they would like me to add or clarify, let me know.
