Flickr Scraper

Anyone know of tool that will scrape flickr images and their titles (url or keyword search). Been searching for awhile and I see a few programs that will download Flickr images but I either need something that will save the image location (whether local or from flickr) and the associated title. tab delimited or comma separated format.
