I looked on youtube a few weeks ago and there was a few videos on there. Might wanna give that a try.
Other than that i just figured out my trail and error

with flexsqueeze you really just have to play around with it. it takes some time to get the settings the way you like. if you want to see one of my sites with it just pm me.

Really appreciate the update. Yes it's very intensive but I've heard good stories about using this. Very versitile. I was trying to update some things and got held up with memory.
Am using Hostmonster, pretty satisified but if anyone else has a good recommendation for web service just reply.

i think version 2 calls home.....................
Yea i think it does. But the one i saw in the download section was the unlimited license version... which means it can call home all it wants
