Flexoffers Legit?

Was wondering if someone has experience with FlexOffers they have some pretty nice offers and hold a lot of major retailers but I noticed they had some bad reviews about delayed payments in 2009 i know that its almost 2013 and if they stood for that long they are probably not scammers but still I though i should ask here just to be sure because the lack of reviews bothers me a bit.
