flash games website and dmca any risk?

hi all , i have a flash games website that work well and iam adding games daily, till now i only have free flash games, but i have the posibility to add better games from other websites like cartoonnetwork or nickelodeon , do i have the right to do that ? is there a risk to get my adsense acount banned for doing that?

You will get sued if you use games from the big boy sites like Cartoon Network without their permission for sure. They could likely also sue you for theoretical loss of potential income.
